What mistakes should be avoided when applying for a job?

A guide to reducing missing information, wrong positions, unclear city choices and security errors in job applications.

The most common mistakes made in job applications: Applying without reading the position, not stating the city and job suitability clearly, using outdated contact information, and making a decision without asking about the conditions. Filling out the form with short but accurate information makes the evaluation easier.

Do not submit without reading the position

If you are unsure, state this clearly; Don't pretend to have experience in a field you don't have. Expectations of guest relations, hall hostess, reception, organization and stage duties are different.

In your application, explain the position you are interested in, the hours you are available for and your city preference.

Do not provide incomplete or inconsistent information

Make sure your phone number is up to date and the city and county information is correct. Use factual information in areas such as experience, out-of-town availability, and image/video link.

Do not send someone else's photo, video or official document without permission.

Do not make a decision without confirming the conditions

Do not act solely on a general promise without asking for wage, premium, travel, meal, accommodation, shift and deduction information in writing.

The presence of a location code in the catalog does not necessarily mean that that listing is a job opening or a definite quota.

Before submitting the form, double-check the name, phone number, age, city, district, position, experience and photo fields. Read the KVKK information; Separately consider optional candidate pool consent.

Conditions may vary depending on the posting, business and working model. Before making a decision, confirm the duties, hours, payment, transportation and accommodation together.
