1. Data controller

2. Processed data groups
According to the application form, identity and contact information, date of birth, city and district preferences, height-weight information, citizenship and residence information, position/experience information, work eligibility, shared photographs and video files, reference source and technical association information may be processed.
3. Processing purposes and legal grounds
Data; It is processed for the purpose of receiving the application, evaluating suitable positions, communicating with the candidate, matching venue and city preferences, ensuring information security, fulfilling legal obligations and carrying out the exercise of rights when necessary. Processing is based on the applicable one of the conditions of establishment or performance of the contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and explicit consent specified in Article 5 of KVKK.
4. Special information and files
Do not share information that is not mandatory in the form or deemed necessary for position evaluation. Files such as photos and videos should be used only for reference purposes and limited to the relevant process. Do not write sensitive personal data into form fields.
5. Transfer and storage
Application data may be transferred to the Company's authorized teams and technical service providers for the evaluation of the application, limited to the necessary security measures. Records required for the application evaluation process are kept in connection with the purpose and for a measured period of time; If explicit consent is given for the optional candidate pool, it is stored for a maximum of two years. At the end of the period or when the purpose is no longer valid, it is securely deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
