Career guide · Application preparation
Before filling out the form get ready
An application that is complete but does not contain unnecessary information explains your profile more clearly.
The application form is the working document through which the team gets to know you for the first time. It is more valuable to provide accurate information rather than filling it out quickly. In the BAX Career form, contact, physical information, city/district, position, experience, visuals and work availability are taken in separate fields. Understanding why each field is asked will help you create a more cohesive application.
Contact and basic information
Write your full name, date of birth and phone number. Make sure your phone number is yours and reachable. When choosing the city and district, indicate your current location correctly; If you are open to working outside the city, mark this separately. Do not fill out the form on behalf of someone else and do not add third party data without permission.
Position selection
If you are undecided, it is better to state this than to choose a random position. Examine options such as salon hostess, social hostess, soloist, belly dancer/belly dancer, dancer/show girl, mystery shopper/visual or welcoming hostess, depending on your job expectations. If you are interested in more than one field, explain in a short sentence which skills fit which position in your experience summary.
Concrete the experience summary
Instead of “I communicate well with people,” explain where you worked, for how long, and with what responsibility. For example, you can write about your customer reception, sales, organization, stage, foreign language, cash register, team coordination or busy shift experience. If you have no experience, state this honestly; Share transferable skills from school, volunteering, events and teamwork.
Select image files
Images must be up-to-date, your own, clear and fit for purpose. Large group photos, overly filtered images, or using someone else's photo make evaluation difficult. Before uploading a file, understand what it will be used for and who will have access to it. Respect the form's file boundaries; Do not send unnecessary or irrelevant files.
Write realistic preferences
Make sure your city preferences are compatible with your transportation and accommodation plans. If night shift, weekend or out of town work isn't right for you, don't hide it. Instead of ticking every condition you are not suitable for, choose options that you can actually consider. This information is not a guarantee of starting a job, but is the starting data for the right interview.
Final check before shipping
- Did I write my phone and e-mail information correctly?
- Are my date of birth, city, district and position information consistent?
- Is the experience summary real and understandable?
- Do the files I upload belong to me and are they up to date?
- Am I reading the KVKK Information Text and being conscious about my consent choice?
Check your email or phone after applying. Central registry evaluation may require additional information; Submitting an application alone does not mean job placement or final results.
