What is the position?

Welcoming hostess; It works on welcoming guests at the entrance of a business, event or organization, providing information and directing them to the relevant area. It should be clarified in advance whether the task involves sales, reservations or field coordination.

Basic tasks

  • To provide short and understandable information to incoming guests.
  • To follow the check-in, listing, reservation or referral flow.
  • To share the event program and basic field information.
  • Transferring unexpected situations to the responsible person instead of solving them alone.

Friendly and measured communication, fast learning, time management and the ability to work with different profiles are important. Special expectations such as clothing, language, experience and event duration should be clarified in the ad or interview.

Working order

Activity-based work may be evening shift or seasonal duty. Start-end times, payment, transportation and duty duration must be requested in writing.
